These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website starthomeschooling.io and the coaching, consulting, and educational services offered by it (the "Site" and "Services"), operated by Blake Willard Educational Consulting LLC, doing business as Homeschool Mastery Group ("HMG," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the Site, submitting a form, taking the diagnostic, booking a call, or enrolling in any program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are and What We Offer

HMG provides homeschool coaching, consulting, and educational program design for families, including a free homeschool diagnostic tool, a free community, and paid one-on-one coaching programs (currently offered as Founding Families / The Mastery 90). We are an educational coaching and consulting business — we are not a school, a licensed educational institution, an accredited curriculum provider, or a substitute for legal, medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

2. Your Responsibility as a Homeschooling Family

Homeschooling laws, reporting requirements, and curriculum standards vary by state and country. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the homeschool laws that apply to your family. Nothing on this Site or provided through our Services constitutes legal advice about your obligations as a homeschooling parent or guardian.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the parent or legal guardian of the children involved, to use this Site or enroll in our Services.

4. The Homeschool Foundation Diagnostic

The diagnostic tool on this Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes. Your results are generated from your own answers and are delivered by email after you submit your contact information. Diagnostic results are not a professional evaluation of your child, your homeschool, or any learning difference, and should not be treated as one.

5. Communications, Email & SMS/Text Messaging

By submitting your information through this Site, you consent to receive email communications from us related to your inquiry, your diagnostic results, and our Services. Text message (SMS) communication is separate and requires its own express opt-in, provided through a distinct, optional consent checkbox. Message frequency may vary; message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any Service.

6. Program Enrollment, Payment & Refunds

Pricing, payment plans, deposits, and any refund or cancellation terms for a specific program are provided to you directly at the time of enrollment, in a separate enrollment agreement, and govern over any general description of pricing found elsewhere on this Site.

7. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes

Every family's circumstances are different. Testimonials and results shared on this Site reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results. Any specific guarantee offered as part of a program is described on that program's page and applies only under the conditions stated there.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to the MVG Method, the 4-Phase Blueprint, the Evergreen Method, written materials, diagnostic content, videos, and branding — is the property of Blake Willard Educational Consulting LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without our written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this Site, including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, submitting false information through our forms, or using content from this Site for unauthorized commercial purposes.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

This Site links to and integrates with third-party services, including our free community (Skool), our CRM and scheduling provider (GoHighLevel/LeadConnector), and social platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HMG and Blake Willard Educational Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or our Services. Our Services are educational and advisory in nature; you remain responsible for decisions made regarding your family's education.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
